I still remember that day when my dad bought a computer for home.The 1st thing that intrigued me was that why on the earth he bought a TV with some buttons on board and a huge rectangular box. I thought maybe he is going to remove the TV from the house and placing it with a box so that I could stop seeing TV and do my multiplication homework. But the thing that most intrigued me was, he hadn’t removed the TV .For a few weeks, I contemplated on the box with intense focus so that I could come near to it and touch it. When my dad saw my exotic behaviour he laughed and introduced me to Windows XP. I still remember the question I asked him “Dad will she help me with my math HW”. My dad laughed. But my research had not yet completed. Now the next thing that came to my mind was somehow making this thing as my friend so that I could ditch the HW. So day by day I sit in front of it with one thing in my 5-year-old mind, Somehow to make friends with it.
In my childhood days, Windows XP was my best friend. We both did a lot of things together. I still remember how excited I was after using MS Paint for the 1st time. Every time after I interact with Windows I felt proud as it helped me in a wide variety of day to day task. When I 1st used Microsoft word 2003 I felt like I was talking to my windows. I sit hours in front of it asking questions but I always wished It to reply me back. But years after that when I upgraded my windows from 7 to 10 and 1st time used Cortona my mind was filled with joy and I was really excited that now my windows talks to me. Even though I was older than my 5-year self. Regarding windows, my emotions had not upgraded.
After I upgraded my system to windows 7 my friend became more beautiful than ever. So during those time I spend understanding the nature of my buddy. I learned how my buddy interacts with me and what language he loves to speak. When I understood that his language was 0s and 1s I was so emotional for her since each time when I speak with her she converts my written language to binary so that she could understand and again translate what she says to me in my language and this all happens in seconds. During these time I also played a lots of games in xbox. It actually changed my perspective of gamming.
The thing that really changed my perspective of technology is when Microsoft introduced Skype in 2011. In a busy world where people doest have time to visit from one place to another to reach out with their loved ones.Microsoft resolved this through Skype I used this application a lot for meeting my friends relatives and teachers. But I really started to enjoy when I started using VS Code . It really changed my perspective.
From my childhood to this moment a wide variety of Microsoft product taught me to see the technology in a modern fashion and help me to unlock the farrago of technology.
